Description: Manage and monitor servers and backup jobs.
Handling support tickets :
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Primary Skills & Experience i.e. desired experience :
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic OS knowledge. Preferred- Linux.
• Windows/Linux administration experience.
Basic Networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, IP addressing & Subnetting, HTTP, FTP, SMTP-
Any One among below listed specialization is mandated:
• Strong Windows/Linux administration experience preferably with certification.
• Strong Database administration experience preferably with certification.
• Web server configuration, fine tuning, and management.
• Experience working on Cloud computing.
